Delivery Policy

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

 

Delivery of products in Romania is made by express courier service Urgent Cargus, DPD or by Romanian Post depending on the option chosen in the order form.

 

The delivery time for products that are in stock and delivered by Cargus is 24-48 hours, and for orders delivered by GLS and Posta Romana is 2-5 days.

Transport costs for orders delivered by Urgent Cargus are borne by the beneficiary, and are 13 lei per order, for parcels up to 1 kg (0.98 lei per extra kg and 1 lei per extra km). For orders with a value of more than 1000 ron the transport is FREE.

Transport costs for parcels delivered by DPD and Posta Romana are borne by the beneficiary, and are 29 Lei/order, regardless of destination or weight of the parcel. For orders with a value of more than 1000 ron the transport is FREE.

 

The delivery of products in Europe is made by DHL express courier service, shipping costs are determined after the order is placed and may vary depending on the destination, weight and volume of the package.

 

Delivery time for Europe is usually between 3-5 days for products that are in stock.
